I agree to the terms and conditions: Eligibility & Registration Participants must be 18 years or older on the event date. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. All participants must provide accurate and complete personal information. Medical & Fitness Declaration By registering, you confirm you are physically fit and medically cleared to participate. The organizers are not responsible for any health complications, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the event. Event Day Requirements Participants must wear their official bib number during the race. Reporting time is 4:00 AM sharp. Latecomers may be disqualified. Instructions from event marshals and volunteers must be followed at all times. Disqualification Criteria Any form of cheating (e.g., shortcutting, pacing by non-registered runners) will result in disqualification. Use of performance-enhancing substances is strictly prohibited. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. Safety & Liability Hydration stations and first aid will be available along the route. The organizers are not liable for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the event. Participation is at your own risk. Photography & Media Consent By participating, you give permission for your photos/videos to be used by BookedForYou and the organizers for promotional purposes. Event Modifications The organizers reserve the right to delay, cancel, or modify the event in case of emergencies, natural disasters, or government orders. Any such decisions will be communicated via official channels and are final. Code of Conduct All participants must maintain a respectful attitude toward fellow runners, volunteers, and organizers. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will lead to immediate removal and blacklisting from future events.
